Ride

Ride is an interval training workout that takes the foundation of outdoor cycling and brings it into a modern day indoor cycle studio. Driven by music, this class is designed to challenge your fitness level.

Aerobics

Aerobics is a full body workout that consists of choreographed exercises to music. The exercises help develop mobility, endurance and stamina.

Silent Box

Silent Box is a concept workout designed to cater to females that do not enjoy training to loud music. Following a similar structure to the boxing workout, this class is designed to get your blood flowing and heart pumping.

Bums & Tums

Bums & Time is a workout focused on toning your lower body and core. It combines a variety of high-energy and low-intensity exercises to give you a body burn. This class is great for toning and strengthening your obliques, claves, quads, hamstrings and more.

Step

Step is a workout designed to sculpt your body through a series of choreographed routines. Get your heart and lungs in shape, while also improving your flexibility and balance.

Silent Ride

Silent Ride is a concept workout designed to cater to females that do not enjoy training to loud music. Following a similar structure to our ride class, take control of your workout by setting your own pace, intensity and resistance level.

Kids Fitness

Play or exercise? A child’s body does not know the difference, but their mind tells them they are having fun! Kids Fitness is a workout to teach kids to build confidence through a fun fitness class. The class also focuses on topics related to anti-bullying and self-defence.
