Dr Mary Ann Ruthnam, the founder and practitioner of Ruthnam Chiropractic is a passionate family and sports chiropractor who treats patients of all ages including professional athletes. She strongly believes in treating the cause of ailments and not just the symptoms. She strives to help her patients achieve pain-free movement by managing their neuromusculoskeletal complaints with a holistic, patient-centred diversified chiropractic approach.

Dr Ruthnam obtained her Master’s in Chiropractic from the Durban University of Technology, her research investigated the variables that determine and influence patient satisfaction. This research had the honour of being recognized by the World Federation of Chiropractic.

Dr Ruthnam is not just a chiropractor but also a public speaker who spreads knowledge on spinal health and overall wellness. She is also a thriving woman in business and has been recognized as one of the top 75 dynamic women in business within the country by the Wonder Woman organization.
