1st Fitness opens its doors in January 2022! Our Brand-New facility is built around a 136-Year-Old Church which was neglected and falling apart. Our team of designers and contractors have completely refurbished the Old Church, added a Modern Building to it to create a fusion of Old and New, bringing you a World Class Facility like no other.
The New Gym is loaded with State of the Art and Award-Winning Equipment sourced from some of the World’s Biggest names in gym equipment.
1st Fitness in Reservoir Hills, which ran for 12 years, was destroyed earlier this year during the riots and had to subsequently close its doors. As heartbreaking as this was, it opened the door to move to our new site and create something truly special.
For the Ladies
A “Ladies Only” fully equipped level is now offered. Ladies have a dedicated undercover parking level and own entrance. For peace of mind our Children’s Play Area is located on the ladies training level.
The Dungeon
Our lower level “Dungeon” boasts a large open space for Boxing, MMA and X-Fit classes.
We have appointed experts in these fields to ensure members are trained by the best.
1st Fuel
Our Health and Coffee Café, 1st Fuel, offers members a healthy breakfast, healthy meals throughout the day as well as a selection of Smoothies & Protein shakes. If you are a Coffee Connoisseur you will enjoy our range of the Finest Coffee and Hot drinks prepared especially for you by our fully trained Barista’s.

Free fiber Wi-Fi is offered throughout the gym.
Parking
Free parking on site available for up to 100 vehicles.
Outdoor Training
Our Outdoor training area is lined with the finest technology in outdoor flooring with a Sprint and Running track, a functional training area as well as a Strength Climbing Wall.

Our Highly Qualified beauticians are on site at a dedicated store to offer you a full range of beauty services including manicures, pedicures and facials. Facilities are offered for Men and Women.
Steam Rooms
Our Luxurious Change rooms offer dedicated Steam Rooms for Men and Women
Medical Team
Bio. Physio, Sports Massage. We have appointed a team from the Glenwood Boys High School to offer our members consultations with a Biokineticist & Physiotherapist.
Members Lounge
1st Fitness wants each member to enjoy our luxurious & exclusive facility. A dedicated Members V.I.P lounge is offered with sumptuous leather couches. An outdoor seating area is also available.
Group Training
Qualified Instructors offer classes at dedicated times from early in the mornings until late.
Personal Training
Floor instructors are on standby to spot you or assist where required. Personal trainers are also available to those that require special training programs and have specific goals to attain. Our Personal Trainers are fully trained to ensure you meet your goals and ambitions.
Indoor Cycling.
A large dedicated room offers some of the best indoor cycling bikes. We offer group training classes as well as Interactive Video Classes.
