Ladies Only Area
Our “Ladies Only” area is fully equipped with state of the art equipment as well as a dedicated female-only fitness staff to guide you in your training. The ladies area has a dedicated undercover parking level and its own entrances. For peace of mind, our Children’s Play Area is located on the ladies training level.
The Dungeon
Our lower level features our “Dungeon”. The Dungeon was created as a large open space for Boxing, MMA and X-Fit classes. We have appointed experts in these fields to ensure members are trained by the best.
Outdoor Training Area
Our outdoor training are is lined with the finest technology in outdoor flooring. Offering a sprint and running track, our outdoor facility is a functional training area that features a strength and climbing wall!
Group Training
Qualified Instructors per classes at dedicated times from early in the mornings until late.
1st Kids
Our Children’s play room is located on the same level as the Women’s Training area allowing mums the peace of mind of having their children close by in a secure area. Childminders are available upon request at dedicated times only.
